You will be assigned a patient care representative. He/She will contact you to set up your first telehealth appointment and schedule your ship date (usually next day!). Contact us via call or text with any questions at (501) 456-9431.
 
*Telehealth appointments are provided by an independent 3rd party provider. The first appointment is before your sleep apnea test and the second appointment is after your sleep apnea test.
